At Fragshot Pvt Ltd, we take pride in providing high-quality perfume decants. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, we will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective.
• Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong product. - Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. - Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Sensitivity or allergic reactions to a fragrance.
• Slight variations in scent (as some decants may differ slightly due to handling). - Refund Processing
• If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
